Refunds and Returns policy at Ayuki

We at Ayuki we believe in the quality of our products however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our simple return and exchange policy is a proof to our commitment to your satisfaction.

Return Process :

We have 7 days return policy , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions for a Smooth Return or Exchange:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at care@ayuki.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Ayuki, Plot number 31, Phase 2, Industrial Area, Chandigarh, 160002.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges of receiving a damaged or wrong product:

We understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be frustrating. If this happens, please contact ayuki team within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the problem and provide you with a seamless return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

While we encourage you to take advantage of Ayuki’s special promotions and sales, please note that these items on sale once sold are considered final sale and non-returnable. We hope you’ll understand as we strive to offer you exceptional value. Additionally returns of such products that have been used by you and are damaged on your end will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged in transit or courier damage or faulty, we’ll take care of the return shipping. For returns due to other reasons (like change of mind or customer not available), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Easy Exchange Process:

We at Ayuki are committed to providing excellent customer service. We’ll review your returned item and keep you updated on the status of your exchange. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process :

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations:

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours for a return or exchange. Just know that once we start production, it might be difficult to make changes. So no cancellations on ordered canvas paintings are accepted after 24 hours.
